Mick Byrne is a spokesperson on behalf of the Dublin Tenants’ Association. They launched a social media campaign to highlight the condition of the tenants of private landlords in Dublin, along with ‘licencees’, people who pay share a house with the owner, who are not considered tenants in Irish law.
